Early Intervention Academy for Police Leaders Conference 2016

We facilitated a two day conference for our Early Intervention Academy for Police Leaders, kindly hosted by the College of Policing at their training venue in Ryton.

On the first day delegates shared their progress since they last met, discussing barriers and successes. We also discussed effective early intervention strategies and the future priorities for the Academy.

On day two, the College of Policing led the agenda which focused on supporting delegates to design and commission effective evaluations of the work they are driving in their force areas. Evaluation is critical to help us build a strong evidence base around system change and other innovative work in order to re-focus local activity around early intervention.

If you attended this event, materials will be uploaded shortly for you to refer back to in future.
