Chris joined EIF in December 2015 as the organisation’s first Commercial Director. He has fifteen years’ experience in a variety of voluntary sector roles. After a degree in History at Bristol University, we helped establish Green-Works, one of the UK’s pioneering social enterprises.

Donna has led on implementation for EIF since 2013. Prior to this she spent over 10 years in central government developing policy and leading implementation programmes to intervene more effectively with children and families. Tom McBride is Director of Evidence at EIF. Before joining us he was based at DfE, where he led the Strategic Analysis function providing analytical support across all areas of DfE policy.

Daniel joined the EIF from the Analysis and Insight Team at Cabinet Office. There he managed a range of research and evaluation projects in support of the Office for Civil Society and the Youth Policy teams. David joined the EIF in July 2016 as Operations Manager. David has sixteen years’ experience in the charity and non-profit sector; he worked for a decade at Cancer Research UK in research and grants finance operations before managing charitable Trusts for The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
Ilenia has an MA in International Relations and a European Masters in Cultural Mediation across the Mediterranean. Before joining the EIF’s evidence team as a Support Officer, she interned at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at a London-based NGO, The Media Diversity Institute. She fluently speaks five different languages.
