Aleisha Clarke

Head of What Works, Child Mental Health and Wellbeing

Aleisha Clarke joined EIF in October 2017. She completed her PhD and post-doctoral research at the World Health Organization Collaborating Centre for Health Promotion Research at National University of Ireland Galway. During this period (2008–15), her research was concerned with the development, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based social and emotional learning interventions for children and young people.

More recently, Aleisha was a Marie Curie research fellow at the University of Twente in the Netherlands (2015–17). Her research focused on the use of online technologies to support parental engagement in children’s social and emotional learning.
