Tom is a former research officer at EIF. Tom joined EIF as a research intern in 2016, and previously also worked at Nesta as a policy and research intern within the Innovation Growth Lab. He has an MSc in philosophy and public policy from LSE, writing his dissertation on the relationship between behavioural economics and ethics. Before this he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Manchester.
