Implementing programmes

Early intervention programmes don’t come ready to go, straight out of the box – they need to be implemented carefully, to maximise the likelihood that the positive outcomes seen in other areas will be repeated. Interventions should be delivered in the way they were designed and tested, and in a way that is appropriate to local needs and resources.
