Aoife joined the EIF team as Director of Evidence & Evaluation in 2022, on a part-time basis.

Aoife also holds the post of Director of Research at What Works for Children's Social Care, where she leads WWCSC's research portfolio, focusing on evaluations of new and existing interventions.

Before joining WWCSC, Aoife was a researcher at the University of Oxford, where she also completed her doctorate. Aoife also worked with children and young people in and on the edge of care for nearly 10 years.
