Prior to joining EIF, Hayley completed an MSc in Developmental Psychology and Psychopathology at Kings College London. For her MSc dissertation Hayley worked on a pre-clinical trial of a novel treatment approach aimed at reducing aggressive behaviour in individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Hayley also holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Exeter.

Hayley has worked at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial strategy working on international climate change policy and COP26. Prior to this Hayley worked at YouGov in their quantitative research team where she worked on national and international based research projects with a range of private, public and voluntary organisations.
