Richard White is the Lead Analyst for Children’s Social Care at the Department for Education. He has worked for the DfE for the last 15 years heading up analytical teams looking at early years and childcare policy, family policy, youth policy, and adult basic skills. He is particularly interested in the challenges of improving the quality of evaluation evidence in children’s services and helping practitioners to use evidence to inform their work.
