Prior to joining EIF in early 2021, Vikki spent eight years at Macmillan Cancer Support, supporting the Macmillan Support line and various transformation projects. 

Vikki has a degree in economic policy from Stirling University. She has also completed an Institute of Customer Service communications qualification in 2016, and subsequently coached others to achieve the same qualification.

Outside of work, Vikki is involved in her local Scout group and is also a UK Athletics licensed coaching assistant and qualified athletics field judge.
