Transforming early intervention for families: a map of EIF case studies

Published

25 Aug 2022

Our case study map provides quick and easy access to examples of innovation and good practice in early intervention for families by local authorities and partners across England and Wales.

Case studies include the practical application of tools and research developed by EIF, and are intended to support local areas to use these in their own work.

The map covers three key areas of early intervention for families – early childhood services, relationships & parental conflict, and speech & language support – and you can filter results to focus on eight strands of local planning and delivery: strategy, workforce, partnerships, co-production, services & interventions, coordinated working, experience & outcomes, and evaluation.

EIF works with local areas and partners across England and Wales, including 85 different places in 2021/22.

This map provides case studies on key issues in supporting families, drawn from work we've published over the past three years, and doesn't represent all the areas we've worked with or all the early intervention issues we focus on through our research and local support.
