Jack Martin
Head of Guidebook
Jack is passionate about using evidence to improve policymaking and to improve public services, and is interested in how best to overcome the challenges of evaluating interventions and policies, and to promote the use of evidence in policymaking.
Jack leads the work to expand the number of programmes that EIF has described and assessed on the EIF Guidebook, as well as wider work to develop and improve the Guidebook. Jack also works on reviews of evidence and to develop EIF’s approach to evidence synthesis more broadly.
