Tanya has nearly 20 years’ experience in human resources. She was formerly head of resources at a national heritage charity, where she oversaw human resources, IT, administration, and knowledge and information management.  She joined EIF in 2019 and currently leads on all people, culture, values and resources for the organisation.

Tanya’s early career was as an international public relations consultant, where she led a number of communications programmes in the IT sector. A former psychotherapist, Tanya has a postgraduate diploma in psychodynamic psychotherapy. She is currently a foundation school governor with special responsibility for EDI and safeguarding.
