James joined EIF after completing an MSc in Behaviour Change at University College London. James’ thesis focused on identifying the barriers and enablers to the delivery of a school-based alcohol intervention in UK secondary schools using the Behaviour Change Wheel.

Before this, James worked as a teaching assistant at primary schools in the UK and Russia delivering 1:1 interventions with special educational needs (SEN) children. James also holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Warwick.
