Identifying risk
Effective early intervention means providing appropriate support before problems become more severe and entrenched – which means we need to be able to identify as early as possible children and young people who are at risk of experiencing poor outcomes. These items touch on issues like how to spot these risk factors, on an individual level or across the whole local population.
